Start Date: Jan 10th, 9-10:30am (BST) for 12 weeks (Excluding Ramadan)
Time Commitment:
Classes: 90 minutes per week.
Homework: Just 90 minutes per week to practice and apply what you’ve learned.

Nabila joined us in October 2023, she was a stay at home mum of 4 children for over 30 years and as her children have all grown up and flown the nest she wanted to do something for herself.
